Individual Membership
Individual membership is open to any individual who has an interest in the objectives of Hospice Palliative Care Ontario and the hospice sector in general. Under an agreement between Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) and the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA), all individual members of HPCO automatically become an Associate of CHPCA. CHPCA affiliation gives you the national perspective and access to various information, services, resources, and interest groups.
The annual fee for an Individual Membership is: $80 + $10.40 HST = $90.40
Memberships are for one year, commencing April 1 and ending March 31. HPCO does not prorate individual membership fees.

Student Associate
Students enrolled in full-time academic studies may become Student Associates of HPCO and Affiliates of CHPCA. This is a non-member, non-voting affiliation category with HPCO and CHPCA. Students must be currently enrolled in full-time studies and submit proof of enrollment and full-time studies to membership@hpco.ca. A student card on its own in insufficient.
The annual fee for a Student Associate is $40 + $5.20 HST = $67.19
The associate status is valid for one year, commencing April 1 and ending March 31. HPCO does not prorate associate fees.
