Description:

This webinar is intended to be a primer to familiarize front line staff on respiratory symptom management in palliative care and end of life. Respiratory symptoms are common with COVID-19 and managing symptoms related to respiratory illness will be critical to a person’s comfort and dignity. This primer is to provide an overview of management and to improve comfort level of front-line staff in supporting patients and their families.

Intended Audience:

The targeted audience for this webinar is front line Personal Support Workers, Health Care Aides, Registered Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses across sectors (Long Term Care, Home, Hospital).
