Supporters & Exhibitors

Supporters and Exhibitors are a piece of the puzzle! Find Your Fit…

Putting the Pieces Together – Collaborating for Quality Hospice Palliative Care in Ontario, scheduled to be held Sunday, April 17, 2016 to Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in Richmond Hill, ON, offers ample opportunities for delegates to network with conference supporters and exhibitors.

Conference delegates include practitioners such as physicians, nurses, social workers, case managers, educators, spiritual and bereavement care advisers, volunteer coordinators and managers as well as others from the provincial hospice palliative care sector and beyond.

Motivated by incentive activities and a keen interest in products and services related to their work within the hospice palliative care sector, delegates enjoy designated time throughout the conference to visit supporters and exhibitors in the exhibit hall where food service takes place.

Check out what supporters had to say about the opportunity to interact with delegates and fellow exhibitors at last year’s conference.

Review the Supporter & Exhibitor Prospectus to learn about support opportunities and to complete an application form.

The must-attend annual education event is the province’s largest gathering of thought leaders, service providers, health system planners, researchers, policy makers, administrators and multidisciplinary, front-line practitioners from across the health care spectrum. Your support of the conference offers an opportunity for your organization to be recognized for its contribution to Ontario’s health and hospice palliative care sectors.

Don’t miss the opportunity to participate! Last year’s exhibit hall SOLD OUT early! Space is limited. To develop a support option that reflects your organization’s unique needs, please email tsottile@hpco.ca or call 416-304-1477 ext. 23.
